About me
Helloooo Europe - Anthony calling! I'm just one of the thousands of fans from Europe's favourite TV show, the Eurovision Song Contest. I have been an ESC fan since 2001, with my earliest memory ...

I am completely appalled by the BBC's effort at Eurovision this year. They have more than failed to live up to the huge expectation from Europe last year when Blue was announced. I've constantly been hearing that Europe clearly wants an ESTABLISHED and CURRENT type singer, hence with all those rumours going on about Adele representing the United Kingdom.
I absolutely can't imagine Engelbert doing a Schlager type pop song, so it is pretty certain he'll sing a big, belt-out-loud type ballad.
If Sweden unleash this beauty, the United Kingdom's hopes of winning the Eurovision Song Contest will be slimmer than post gastric band surgery.
As a result of the BBC's lack of serious effort for 2012, I'm going straight to the country I genuinely fell in love with and supported them for several years at the Eurovision Song Contest: Slovenia.
There's no doubt this lovely little country has got REAL Eurovision talent, from the legendary Nuša Derenda to the recent blossoming Maja Keuc and a few others, which deserves to be in the Eurovision final.
As for this year's contest, I'm supporting my usual Slovenia, along with Cyprus (the Cypriot public have managed to do what Greece failed to do last year, choosing a breathtaking dance track that could WIN the Eurovision Song Contest). They'd definitely be getting my votes this year, providing both countries make it to the Grand Final obviously.
I may well be an adopted Slovene, along with ALL my other fellow Slovenes!
Srečno Eva Boto!!
