Schofield doesn't regret Eurovision remark
'This Morning' presenter Phillip Schofield has said that he doesn't regret revealing that he doesn't like the UK's Eurovision entry this year.
The television star was branded "unpatriotic" by members of boyband Blue, who will be presenting the UK with a song called 'I Can'.
Speaking to New magazine, Schofield said: "I was just being honest. I had no idea people were bothered about Eurovision."
"For me, I think Eurovision is a political farce, but I do watch it religiously every year."
"I laugh at the silly songs and I listen to Graham Norton - who I think is brilliant - taking the mickey."
"I like Blue very much. But I don't like their song! It's only my personal opinion."
"No, I don't regret anything. I'm only being honest after all."
"I'm disappointed that people said I was being unpatriotic because there really isn't anybody more patriotic than me. It's just an honest view about a naff singing contest!"
