This year 43 counteries took part in ESC in 2012 that could be down to 41 from the offset
Its unlikely at the moment that Armenia will participate given the political situtation between the two counteries. Now Iseral have joined the list of concerned counteries. Firstly the proposed final falls on a national holiday and Iseral have withdrawn from previous contests for that reason but there are also concerns that Azerbijan has an open border with Iran and the Iserali Delegation would have serious security concerns
Its already promising to be an interesting contest on and off the stage
