If and it's a big IF the UK win this year and host the 2013 show there can only be one city that should host it-
The UK City of Culture 2013 - where else?
UK city of culture next year is Derry/Londonderry - home of Phi coulter writer of the 1967 winner Puppet on a string and the 68 runner up Congratulations (his wife Gerladine represented Luxembourg), home if 1970 winner Dana ( sorry about that), birth place of Jonny Logan's dad ( apparently)
And if Millstreet can host the show in a cowshed, Derry can do it in a tent (well marquee)
What other UK city can claim the right - if Ireland win we can put up the same arguement lol
