Licking my wounds again :-)

I'm still in recovery from another exciting Eurovision night. Congrats to Sweden and even if I thought it wasnt the strongest song as a nation that takes the contest to heart it was really well earned and deserved

I feel sorry for Spain Italy and Germany for outstanding songs I hope you repeat if next year

Ireland can be somewhat satisfied making the final and top 20 with Jedward was reasonable, UK what can I say - from day 1 I was concerned and neither engelberth nor the song delivered irrespective of the draw

The voting generally was a joke, funny when everyone in the hall were calling out the results before the presenters - not sure shat can be really done about that but st least this year it didn't affect the final outcome for the winner

The presenters were best forgotten - they never looked at ease

the camera work was a bit iffy at times and the interval act, well he is the presidents son in-law so is explained

Baku did a great job on hosting and I hope ESC will be a basis to start building a fair and equitable society in the country

Finally, for now only, the grannies who can't sing can't dance but had their heart in the right place I hope one of the mega rich oil merchants watching will caught up the cash for your church - you earned it

And remember Eurovision is not just a one night affair, we need to follow the commercial success of this years songs and the plans for 2013 to come, I'm excited already lol
