  Hello Brendan; Whatever happened to Ireland last night? They should have scored much better. However I knew the writing was on the wall when San Marino gave 12 points to the Greeks! Talk about having little talent! well I think the voters must have been Brahms and Liszt.
  
  Strange voting this year including the UK which gave the Greeks a high score!!
  
  Must be getting old but Greek men in kilts are not my scene would much sooner have the lovely Danish fairy tale princess who at least deserved to win on the night.
  
  Oh well the fun of the euro-voting system!!

  Maybe I should get up at 4am! There is nothing worse than managing to avoid media all day and then you go to a party and the first thing you hear is who won. You feel like turning around and going home. There are a few bars with parties on but we're going to a friend's place to watch it.. and we get to do an unofficial vote, on the TV station website, which often doesn't match the official winner.

  Oh yeah, we get it in a block this weekend, Friday night, Sat night, Sunday night final. So we don't have to wait too long for the result. The only problem is ignoring all media on Sunday so it will be a surprise who wins. It always gets announced on the news all day long. Oz loves Eurovision. Everyone knows it.
