In response to Moscow 2009: Televoters and over 200 judges to vote

Earlier this week, the European Broadcasting Union announced that in the Final of the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest, professional juries in all participating countries will have 50% influence on the result. Televoters will deliver the other 50% of the outcome.

GUNEC GULUN YAZICITUNC said: "I think this will show if Turkey's success is really because of diaspora voting."
I agree with him. But not only with the Turkish success BUT ALSO with the Russian and Ukranian diaspora.
If this new way of voting balance the system, it will give a good change for others countries to become a winners.
But there is still the neighboures topic to solve.
E.g. The Scandinavian clauster, The Balcans clauster and the Russian's countries clauster.
