Just out of curiousity (and boredom) I’ve tried to make a 2012-scoreboard of votes from only countries that were participating in the contest before 1993. Of course it's not possible to guess the exact result, especially in the bottom part, but I've done my best. :-)
First I removed all the “new” participants' points and entries, adjusted the values of the remaining votes, and merged the points given to/by the former Yugoslavian countries. Then I added some votes based on the results of the semi finals, and where I couldn’t “guess” the last votes I split them on the rest of the entries (not visible in the scoreboard but counted in the scores).
