The Team of Radio International would like to invite you to the 48th edition in 2010. The Show is broadcast on 106.8FM in the Netherlands and also via the internet via www.radiointernational.tk and will also be web-televised via www.oikotimes.com. The simulcast will be from 2000 – 2300 hours CET.

Highlights of this week’s show:

Sweden's Melodifestivalen 2011 Interviews with Danny (EMD) and Pernilla Andersson:
The Grand Final of the 2011 Melodifestivalen is scheduled to take place on 12 March 2011 with ten songs out of which Televoters and Juries will be selecting the song of the year in Sweden and thus the entry for Sweden at Eurovision. Radio International's Lilian Brunell has been interviewing two more potential representatives: Danny from EMD and Pernilla Andersson.

Interview with Danny (from EMD):
Danny competes in Semi Final 1 of the Melodifestivalen 2011. His offering for the new season is called "In the Club". Listen to the interview this week on Radio International.

Interview with Pernilla Andersson:
Pernilla is the next contestant in Semi Final 1 of the Melodifestivalen 2011. Her entry is called "Desperados". Find out more about Pernilla Andersson by listening to the interview with Lilian.

Interview with Marcin Mrozinski (Poland 2010):
Marcin appeared at the recent staged Eurovision Club Germany's Annual Convention in Cologne, Germany. The Team of Radio International had the big pleasure to meet Marcin again for an interview to see how life is treating him after Eurovision.

Eurovision meets South Africa - Interview with Sunette Bridges:
Sunette Bridges is the daughter of the famous South African singer Bles Bridges who passed away ten years ago following a car accident. Bles was also known for covering Eurovision songs and recorded them in the Africaans language. Radio International will speak to Sunsette about the life and the music of her father Bles Bridges and of course there will be some of Eurovision covers on the show as well this week.

Euro Friend Song Contest 2010 - Start of Heat 11:
Radio International in collaboration with the Euro Friends Song Contest will be announcing the start of Heat 11. Go to the Facebook Page of the Euro Friends Song Contest to vote for your favourite songs.

Eurovision Song Contest Spotlight: Germany.
In view of the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest from Germany, Dermot Manning will this week review the German entries at the Eurovision Song Contest from 1990 - 1994.

Home Composed Song Contest 2010 - The Result:
Austria virtually hosted this contest this year and visitors to the website of the OGAE Austria could cast their vote until 31 October 2010 to their favourite songs. The Voting Show is now available online. Check Radio International website for links.
