  Hello Maria - thanks for accepting me! I love this time of the year watching Eurovision taking shape. I only joined last year - but have visited the site for years. I hope this year will be just as much fun as last year.
  I was surprised to see what song won your part of the competition. I really don't think it can win. It's cute, got some nice harmonies - BUT - no - I really don't think so. Is this a typical sound of Finland? I thought of more eastern Europe when I heard it. My choices in your final were Linn Nygard and Nina Lassander, but I did like Monday who were eliminated earlier.

  WEll is ok if you are based, Lordi did deserve to win lol
  But this year half the votes are from judges so it should be intresting :)

  That is true but rewardless of the voting isues I think the best songs end up getting the top places. I understand that some countries have desrved more points but at the end I think that quality ends up winning. For example russia won last yaer with a very good song but in previous years with just as good songs they would be in thetop and never really won even if they recieved a lot of points and the same goes for a lot of other contries.

  Yeah, Norway is good but I must admmit that I like the singer too. I think he has great chances of doing real good, if not win.
