her new single "Toch a new day" gets popular ehre now..or like lena says "Touch a new Doi" :D
You were Top 5 with Jade, don't worry ;)
Reply from David:
Yes, Jade did well with her song, it did seem that at least we trying to take the contest more seriously last year!...maybe I should start singing lessons and try and be the UK contestant next year huh? ; ) XBy Maximilian Dietz

best regards :)
Reply from David:
Haha!...well maybe we will win again one day (that would be a miracle!) Lena doesn't seem to be in the top 40 download charts, I just checked! ; )By Dino Masovic
Reply from David:
Hi Dino...I'm okay thanks, suffering from lack of ESC but keep I keep watching my recordings here at home to keep me going! ; )By Logal Kako
Reply from David:
Hi Logal, will be keeping an eye out for your blog! : )By Peter M
Thought this year's contest was one of the best for entries. It's the first time that I've bought the CD, usually there are only one or two entries that I've liked, but this year is completely different.
Reply from David:
Hi Peter : )I quite enjoyed the contest, most of the songs that I liked of course did badly in the voting, but I got much more into the whole contest this year, and look forward to 2011!

Thanks for adding me as well :)
Love the latest blog - some of the comments on the eurovisiontv site are so vitriolic - world war 3 is about to break out. Found myself humming Apricot Stone in the office today - someone shoot me!!!
Reply from David:
It is all about the music really isn't it?...who won the competition is not the main thing, it is all of the contestants and their songs all mixed together that makes the whole thing rather special! : )By Brendan Bonner
are you recovering from the post esc excitement lol
Reply from David:
haha!.....it is quite surreal really, I keep playing that Moldovan song, and the strange Estonian one too! ; )By Martin Rutherford

Reply from David:
Thats a kind offer Martin, but you don't need to worry......fortunately for me I did see the show at my mate's house live on Saturday, and the bit of my recording that failed was during the voting, so that doesn't mattter anyway!......much appreciated though mate ; )By Martin Rutherford
Reply from David:
It turns out that my own recording is not complete!...I would think that your best bet is to watch it on the BBC iPlayer! : )By M R
Reply from David:
Hi Momo! : )Great to hear from you again, not been using Yahoo Messenger lately....email me anytime. Who is gonna win?....JOSH of course! ; )

I've started a Yahoo group just for my friends, to follow my adventures in Oslo. :) I'll be uploading photos of the rehearsals, parties etc and reporting back all the news and gossip for my friends who couldn't make it to Oslo. If you want to email me on nikke17uk@yahoo.co.uk, I'll send you an invite to join my little group! :)
Hope you're getting into ESC-mode now! :) I'm heading for Oslo on 12th May - taking the ferry to Denmark and thence on to Oslo! :)

I agree with you that Norway was by far the best song of this ESC 2009.
After that, my favourite were Iceland and Estonia.
Congratulations,UK did it very well with Jade, too!
Keep in touch,
Rodri.
