Hi Stranger11! You can find all participants info on www.eurovision.tv, which is suitable for your smartphone. During the show, you will be able to see the lyrics live during each act. Only people in participating countries can vote. This year, we've launched in Android and iOS (Windows Phone and Blackberry might come next year, depending on the amount of requests we receive).

MLeng, as far as I can see, Change.gov was launched in early December, when the new Eurovision.tv was already quite far in terms of development. The Moscow 2009 theme is not available yet, so we are awaiting ...
