Azerbaijan it is!!!!

After months of preparation and a week of guessing which country would take the title for 2011, Azerbaijan came out victorious.

Azerbaijan made their debut in Belgrade 2008 with theAzeri-folk/Opera/Pop song Day After Day .they came 8th that year. Their subsequent participation in Moscow and Oslo earned them 3rd place and 5th place with the songs Always and Drip Drop .

These results have made Azerbaijan the most successful country since its debut in Eurovision since the semi-final was introduced. Having never failed to qualify, they have taken this title from Serbia.

With such an impressive track record it is no surprise Azerbiajan won this year with the ballad: Running Scared .

A new country has been added to the list of winners; what has Baku have for all Eurofans in 2012.
