The Big-4 couldn't care less about the quality of the songs they send, just because they know they will be in the final, no matter what!
If they had to get through the torture of the semi-finals, they would take the competition more seriously, instead of yelling (from a secure position) about blocks.
All and all, the bottom line is this: Send a GOOD song, and you have nothing to be afraid of.
Coalitions will always exist, more or less, that's true.
We have all the right of the world to be judgemental about the Easterns, but at the same time, why we're so calm and "understanding" about the huge (and equally scandalous) Scandic/Baltic cluster?
I mean, just look at the scoreboard, and see how those 8 countries voted last night, for Christ's sake, and then let's all calm down and re-consider the delicate issue of objectivity!!!
