Well what can I say, in my opinion the results were bad.
The 10 countries that were given the chance to perform in the final were not my favourites.
Montenegro - Not my favourite performance, the 2007 entry was much better, and was glad that this did not come in the top 10.
Israel - One of the better performances and was ot bothered whether passed or failed, but Boaz had a strong performance, therefore I beleive he should have gone to the next stage.
Estonia - I could not take this song seriously, it was humourous but was not my 'style' of music, but I was surprised that it failed even though I was not bothered what happened in the end with Estonia.
Moldova - What went wrong? My favourite performance of 2007 was Moldovan and this year they choose a terrible song. I am so glad this stayed put.
San Marino - The first time I had actually heard the full song and was pleasantly surprised at how well it was performed. I was upset when they failed to move on.
Belgium - The well performed song was very catchy and I wanted to see this in the final.
Azerbaijan - I was speechless! A waste of my time watching it, it was horrible. I was stunned to find out it progressed to te next round.
Slovenia - One of my favourites from the start. How it didnt progress is beyond me, Rebek's performance was stunning. It is a wonderful song sung by a wonderful singer.
Norway - Maria Haukaas Storeng is just one of the best singers on earth. The beautiful singer with an amazing voice was last to progress and I was on top of the world when I was informed.
Poland - A wonderful performance, the song was lovely and I was happy to see it move on.
Ireland - I would have given it 'Douze Pointe' but seems like no one else felt the same. The hugely comedic performance was great and I had it tipped to win Eurovision! What happened?
Andorra - Gisela looked stunning in her outfit and performed her song beautifully. Again Andorra was one of my favourites and I was horrified to hear the bad news.
Bosnia & Herzegovina - The song was different. It started of quite bad, but as it progressed it got better. When ever the girl sang, the song was great. Had no problem with this progressing.
Armenia - Qele, Qele was an upbeat song that was good but not wonderful but kudos to Sirusho for a great performance, and am glad to see it in the final.
The Netherlands - I had not heard this song before and it was a good performance but was not surprised to see it fail, but it was a very nice song.
Finland - Horrible, I am not into te whole (heavy) metal bands that come from Finland. Lordi was bad enough but this is pushing it too far. There are no words to describe how I felt when I found out they made it to the final.
Romainia - A lovely ballad but not my favourite, but nice performance. I had no problems with this being performed at the final.
Russia - The man [Dima Bilan] sounded really bad in my opinion, but then many others thought it was great, seeing as he made it to the final. Not a good performance in my opinion, so I am not happy to see this in the final.
Greece - A nice performance with catchy tune. I just wish Kalomira told us her lucky item. haha, anyway it was a good performance and I am not bothered with the progression of Kalomira to the final.
