I love ESC and all his/her singers(good ones & bad ones too). I like all this world so much, that each may I organise a party at home to watch the Contest(sometimes I have to call to my boss to tell him that I am ill). My friends say that I am a FREAK, and I say: YES, I AM !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Significa que vivimos muy cerca y entiendo un poco de portugués ; ) Yo estuve en algunos pueblos de Portugal cerca de Ayamonte (Huelva), estuve en Villa Real de Santo Antonio, Montegordo, Tavira, etc. Los pueblos que están por el Algarve y son preciosos. ¿De qué parte de Portugal eres tú? My favourite this year are Ouro and Seis Para A Meia Dúzia because they are the most tradicional ones. But yeah, Filipa is a good option too, but first, I have to hear the whole music and see the performance to avaluate it.
And you, who's your favourite from Spain this year? I think Coral is your best representative but I would love to see Spain with some tradicional or original music and a song in Spanish.
Oh, and you can talk in Spanish with me, I think I can understand it ;)

Hi !! Thanks for the add. Well my favourite is Coral for sure. I think too she is our best option. And we don't send to the contest a ballad from 10 years ago. The ballad of Coral is strong, and her voice is so lovely, I love it ; )My othr favourites are Venus and Samuel y Patricia, but I prefer Coral.
Bueno, si prefieres podemos hablar tú es portugués y yo en español, creo que también entenderé el portugués, con eso de que somos vecinos hehehe. ¿Has estado alguna vez en España?

Jejeje, te entiendo perfectamente, pero en realidad, de los que hay, quitando a triunfitos (aunque la canción de Samuel y Patricia no me desagrada del todo), Karmeles, Chimos y Pezones Rojos, de los que están ahí arriba es lo que más me pega. Y como no me da la gana de que me chafen la ilusión con la que año tras año espero el festival y las preselecciones he optado por el positivismo : ) Quizá haya canciones buenas que ni siquiera van a tener la posibilidad de llegar porque a TVE una vez más le ha dado por cambiar el método (el del año pasado dentro de lo que cabe no me disgustó, al menos llegaron muchos más candidatos a las semis y pudimos ver cómo reaccionaban en directo, aunque de aquella manera). Ains, por lo menos siempre me quedarán las preselecciones de los demás países, que por cierto vaya preselección la de Moldavia, hay muchas canciones buenas.By Victor M. Escudero

I know, I know, but the link that I've sent to you is a song sung by Jennifer Love Hewitt herself, and it is from the film "IF ONLY". Jennifer apart from acting is a singer. She has released to US market three Maxi-CDs and several CD singles (from her film). For example, she sings the OST of Scooby Doo. In the film IF ONLY she sings two songs, and the OST of "I Know What You Did LastSummer" is sung by Jennifer too.

I'm not really complaining about it,I like your language and am thinking about taking Spanish courses next year(Actually I was thinking whether to choose Spanish Language to study at university but well I thought Russian would be better :) ) .I asked it cuz of my curiosity.

Why? It is difficult to say. I like her voice really, but I realize too that she has not an extraordinary vocal range. But she is lovely, she dances very well, and her concerts are explosive: special effects, incredible sound effects, many different clothings, etc. You can even see a car in the stage in her concert. And of course I like her dance music too. However, I am a big fan of her first years: Like a virgin, Papa don't preach, La isla bonita, Like a payer, Frozen, Ray of light, etc, etc.This is the reason because I love the Pop Qeen, The Blond Ambition.

I've just checked out your blog and also the videos so here are my comments;
I really love Soraya - La Noche Es Para Mi because its melody is so amazing,quite Mediterranean if you know what I mean :) it makes me wanna dance and reminds me of summer.
Melody - Amante De La Luna reminds me of Azucar Moreno,I don't like this song,though.
Mirela - Nada Es Comparable A Ti,is good but I don't really want Spain to join to the contest with a slow song instead of making a great show with a Soraya's one.
I do have a question fo you though.Why does Spain sing in Spanish?
Yes,I do think that we have a great chance with Hadise,the song you heard is just a demo version of it,it was represented in a demo form in order not to be stolen,so that means the song will be changed much :) I hope it'll be a great one.
I don't think we could be as good as Sertab Erener was but I bet we'll do as good as Kenan Doğulu.

Sure, it is difficult to be as good as Sertab, she has been in my opinion the best singer of all contests ever.In response to your question, Spain sings in spanish because it remains faithful to its roots in the contest. But I like that my country brings my language to Europe, it's like a symbol of our culture, which I am very proud of. However, I understand your question, cause the most of countries nowadays sings their songs in English. For this reason we normally include some words in this language(often the refrain).
I agree with you too, Maybe with Soraya song we will make a good performance, but the final score of Spain with ballads have always been good, so, I don't know which song I prefer.

It is true. But it is not strange, Russia have always been a country of succes. However Spain... hahahaha, I hope this year we send a better option than that of last year (Chikilicuatre and his Chiki Chiki dance, was awfulllllllllll). I think this year we have some song that are really good but we have to wait for our semi-finals and final to know who will go to Moscow.By Vitalik Morozov
