Turkey 2009

Is it just my imagination or is the Turkish entry for 2009 Dum Tek Tek very similar to Javine and Touch my fire (UK 2005 ). Mind you I think this is a very good song and very Eurovision. Is this a sign of things to come for this year? I certainly hope so.
