MALTA - Nicole at Tähtede Laul - ESTONIA in April

Nicole Azzopardi, Malta’s representative at the Zecchino D’Oro in 2006 and at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest held in Belarus last November is yet on another international music mission. She will be representing Malta once again at Tähtede Laul International Children and Youth Song Festival which will be held between 14th and 16th April 2011 in Tallinn. The festival which is spread over 3 days brings together children and youth coming from more than 17 different countries.


Tallinn the capital of Estonia, has been awarded the title of the European Capital of Culture 2011 and Tähtede Laul has been incorporated as part of the international events taking place. Nicole will have a number of performances on a daily basis on different stages across the city. She will also take part in an international song competition and will perform during the Gala concert which will mark the end of this 3 day event.


During this festival Nicole will release two new songs, My heart beats for love and Simply hi! The songs written by Gerald James Borg and Giovann respectively were composed by Elton Zarb. Besides the two new releases Nicole will perform a number of songs from her repertoire including Knock Knock!.... Boom! Boom! as well as a traditional Maltese song.
