A little story about me
A little bit about me first
Hello, I am from Australia and am of a Vietnamese heritage.
I'm a MASSIVE fan of Eurovision, it started in 2003 when I was 9 years old hahaha! I believe my mum woke me up at 3 or 5..? in the morning and i was really annoyed -.-" But then I got around to it, and it was worth it :) My favourite type of music to go into Eurovision would probably have to be the pop/folky/ballad type, I don't really prefer rock :P Oh but the Turkish song from this year sounds quite alright, oh and let's not forget Lordi as well ahah!
My favourite Eurovision years were probably back in 2005, 2006 and 2008. There are a number of songs that I still listen to a lot. :) Oh and by the way, I'm going on a European road trip in 2011/2012, so I might be able to FINALLY go and see a show live! :O
Here are some of my favourite performers:
A Chaque Pas- Jonatan Cerrada France 2004
Marta Roure-Jugarem Estimar Nos Andorra 2004
Hasheket Shenishar-Shiri Maimon Israel 2005
My Number One-Helena Paparizou Greece 2005
Ninanajna-Elena Risteska Macedonia 2006
We Are the Winners-LT United Lithuania 2006

Visionary Dream-Sopho Georgia 2007

Cvet Z Juga-Alenka Gotar Slovenia 2007
Shake It Up Sekerim-Kenan Dogulu Turkey 2007
Qele Qele-Sirusho Armenia 2008 THE BEST SONG EVER!
Secret Combination-Kalomoira Greece 2008
Believe-Dima Bilan Russia 2008
Shady Lady-Ani Lorak Ukraine 2008 Her album, "solnce" is perfect!
The Fire In Your Eyes-Boaz Mauda Israel 2008
Oro-Jelena Tomasevic Serbia 2008
Jan Jan-Inga and Anush Armenia 2009
Dum Tek Tek-Hadise Turkey 2009
Is It True-Yohanna Iceland 2009
Fairytale Alex Rybak Norway 2009
Always-Aysel & Arash Azerbaijan 2009
La Noche Es Para Mi-Soraya Although I believe Spain would've done better if they sent in Mirela instead
I also listen to the National Finals as well. (yes I am that enthusiastic ahaha)
Some of my favourite songs in include:
Yet Ari by Lilu in the 2009 Armenian National Final
Nada es Comaprable a Ti by Mirela in the Spanish national final, this is one of the ebst ballads ever written.
Always and Forever by Kostas Martakis in the 2008 Greek naitonal final. This isn't his best songs, but his new album Pio Konta is THE BEST! :D
Moving On by Sarah Dawn Finer in the 2009 Swedish Melodifestivalen
And also Sa Vill Stajorna by Molly Sanden. ahaha I prefer the Swedish ballads. And Molly's new album is great also.
