Qualified countries from the first semifinal

These are the countries that i thought that would go in the final:
1.Moldova - PASS!! woohoo :)
2.Estonia - didn't pass
3.Finland - didn't pass
4.Latvia - didn't pass
5.Poland - didn't pass
6.Belgium - PASS
7.Albania - PASS
8.Greece - PASS
9.Portugal - PASS
10.Iceland - PASS
so i guessed 6 from 10!! that's good :)
im REALLY wondering what are Russia and Belarus doing in the final???
