Luis Barsallo's Story

I consider myself a fan of ESC since 2002, 'cause here in Panama, the first time we heard about the festival was in Operacion Triunfo Spain, Rosa won and she got the oportunity to be in the 2002 ESC, and when I saw all the singers around Europe, the stage (a little small that year), and all the process of voting, was like love at first sight, and now I think i'm one of the biggest fan of ESC, here in Panama...!! =)
