And now my country! I didn't want this song for this year! I didn't want the same recipe again! We are in the eye of the storm of the financial crisis and we are sending this? No! No way! Half Greeks are unemployed and the other half live with 300 and 400 euros and instead we send something that will make us proud we are looking for "aphrodisiac." Huge mistake! We are the favored in Eurovision. Each year, whether we deserve it or not, we're in the top 10. We are fuller of good places. We will not mind if we stayed outside of the top 10. Can i tell a truth? ERT is looking for an excuse not to send a participate in the competition again and a bad position of Greece would be very good excuse for them. They are completely ridiculous in ERT! I would like a good singer who's voice and the song would make us feel proud, would make us to see the sunrise again! I would like a song - symbol! And then no Greek would not care if we came 1st or 2nd or 22nd! But every year the same. Little bouzouki, a little rhythm, a sexy singer (usually!) and the girl in vocals to sing (essentially) the song. I'm bored! I see too many foreign national finals, I have stopped to see the Greek for 3 years. I think they mock me. Of course I want to go well. Of course I want us on the left side of the scoreboard. But I can't be a liar. I can't say that I liked more than others 19. We Greeks are living too much difficulty at this time (you can't imagine!), we want to fun, even for 3 minutes in May. We will do it for sure! WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO DO IT EUROPE!
