  well, Shirley, you've asked a VERY hard question...I read and watch almost anything...even stupid stuff that makes me laugh :) However, if you pointed a gun at me (I sure hope you won't! lol), I'd say my very favourite authors are Gogol (especially Dead Souls; very funny and smart), Dostoyevsky, JD Salinger, and Mircea Eliade. However I discover a new favourite every time I read a new book :) Oh, and I love reading tales (never get bored with them!). When I was a kid, my favourite reading was The Adventures of Dunno And His Friends (I'm still identifying with the main character, which was a happy-go-lucky dwarf with no talent whatsoever! lol)
  If I begin writing about my favourite movies, I'll never stop, so i won't get into it at all. I'll tell you instead that one of my favourite TV shows used to be Friends (I watched all the series more than once!).
