So we chose Loreen, what's your thoughts on it? Poor Danny who had to get the 2nd place again, but it's not his time yet... it's so sad he didn't compete with that song another year, like next one, as it'd probably be able to win then, it's a really good song, only that Loreens was much better suited to send away. I think we have pretty good chances of winning this year if we should believe what people all over Europe is saying about it. ^^
I'm glad we didn't get to see Dima Bilan in ESC again, haha, but instead those Russian grannies, it's hilarious haha!
Take care Ria, talk to you later! :)

I also like Hungary, Norway, Latvia, Italy, Spain... but IMO, there were much better songs in 2011, I'm a bit disappointed :/
I'm glad you like France ^^ For telling the truth I was expecting better from her, but I think (and I hope) it will get a good place :)
It's interesting to see that ESC is also watched and popular in Canada, and all over the world, I didn't know it was :) I think it's amazing !
For how long have you been watching ESC ?

I like his voice a lot, but he’s got some tough competition this year. There is Tooji from Norway, Max Jason Mai from Slovakia and the Turkish singer Can Bonomo has got a lot of fans, everywhere you look, you’ll find him on the top of the rankings. Maybe this year, one of the guys will make it. Me, personally, I like the big female voices this year, I’m all in the mood for a ballad to win, I like Pastora Soler, Eva Boto and the charming Nina Zilli from Italy, but I’m a guy, so no surprise there. I think it’s impossible to predict the winner, there are many potential winning songs. My dark horse at the moment would be the Icelandic duo, a woman, a man and a violin, which combines the recipe of the winning songs from last year and from 2009.
Thanks also for commenting on my blog, so I know at least someone did read it and got the point. This was in issue, I was concerned with from the day on I knew, that this years contest, was going to take place in Azerbaijan. Hope the Armenians will come back next year, probably on neutral ground and someday these two nations will find a way back to each other again, bury the weapons and at least start talking. I was hoping the contest could be a little helpful on the way, plant a seed for peace maybe, still sad this didn’t happen. So let’s hope for the future and some politicians with a sense of responsibility. Have a nice weekend, enjoy some good music, Uwe, still d(^_^)b
